Allow BuilderListItemFactory to contain Gtk.ColumnViewRow or
Gtk.ColumnViewCell templates, in addition to Gtk.ListItem templates.
This is necessary for people to use Gtk.ColumnView idiomatically in
Blueprint.
Fixes #157 .
